Polarity bodywork session (60-75mts) = $70.00
Polarity bodywork for teens (30-40 mts)   = $40.00 (cranial sacral work, foot reflexology, energy balancing, recieve polarity yoga postures)

Polarity Treatments:
Each treatment is tailored for the individual, including Ayurveda nutrition awareness and polarity yoga postures as required to support the client.  During a treatment the client is dressed in loose comfortable clothing, through intention and touch, I hold my clients to their highest wellbeing, using color, sound and crystals; each holding their own vibration to assist in the healing process.  I incorporate the finest holistic creams and sprays by Synergy Healing into each treatment; further deeping ones relaxation.  Some of the benefits include clarity, focus, peace and calmness throughout the body, reduced stress and anxiety, rejuvenation and a connection to spirit, joy, and love of self.

Tong Ren Treatments:

New client consultation (20-30mts) = $30.00 add to first session cost ($80.00 total)
Treatments are 30 minutes in length and usually done over the phone. Individual 30 minute treatment = $50.00

Tom Tam Healing Treatment:

Acustone, Tui Na, Cupping and Tong Ren Session (60-75mts) = $85.00

         This powerful treatment combines both hands on and energy based therapies.     

What is Acustone:
         This treatment consists of positioning hot stones along the spine and on different meridian points, including the head, legs and feet, in order to stimulate the flow of bioelectricity impulses through the nervous system.  Tension melts away as the muscles are warmed helping with the circulation of blood in the veins and arteries removing blockages in the nervous system that run along the spine.  Using this prior to Tui Na prepares the muscles, tendons, joints and the tissue layers to be massaged, releasing tension throughout the body

What is Tui Na Massage:
         This type of massage is commonly used in China and focuses on meridians and acupuncture points, muscles, tendons, joints and soft tissue.  The work is done along the spine and back area.  It is a deep technique that has a push and grasp motion to open blockages.

What is Cupping:
         This technique is used all over the world, another name for it is suction cup.  Small cups are placed along the spine or areas on the back where healing is required.  The suction from the cups pulls the skin and muscles up inside the cup, as a result the small veins under the skin will enlarge, and more blood will circulate towards the affected area for the purpose of healing.

What is Tong Ren:
            Tong Ren energy work done at the end of this session is very effective as the body is fully relaxed and able to receive this work to its full potential.  As you are lying comfortably, I will tap on the points relating to your bodies symptoms or illness as discussed prior to the session starting.  The tapping is done on a Tong Ren doll, not physically on the body, often however you’ll energetically feel where I am tapping during the session.
